last night i had a most wonderful dream
you and i lay in a tree house
under a warm sun
above a creek
a friend had brought us together
just past noon
i glanced at my watch saying
"you don't have time to go"
and you replied
"i don't have time to stay"
in your company
so lovely
i didn't want to wake
