an open window
on a warm spring day
inviting
the sweet scent of wild mint
to breath through
above
a soft couch
on a lazy afternoon
beckons me to nap
reminds it's ok to rest
knowing
a secret
on lips lightly smiling
tempting me near
to listen close
and
at times a brick wall
courting me
to bang my head
an open hand
outstretched
you are all these to me
your voice sweetens my day...
